Supporter Information

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Our supporter programs range from FREE to $300 for lifetime access to discounts.
WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENT TIERS?
Our entry level program is FREE to join and gives you access to our social media groups to stay up to date on everything related to the Loot Box. Just for signing up we give you a 5% discount on singles and accessories.  Certain restrictions apply. 
Our Gold supporter program is a one time fee of $150 and gives you access to everything the entry level program does, but we increase your discount to 15%. You also get first access to pre orders and special events.  Certain restrictions apply.
Our Mythic supporter program is a one time fee of $300 and gives you access to all the above except we increase the discount to 25%. In addition to the discounts you will always have access to pre order pricing on accessible in stock items. Certain restrictions apply.
WHAT ARE SOME THINGS THAT DO NOT QUALIFY FOR DISCOUNTS?
Consignment product, limited specialty items, items no longer being produced or manufactured do not qualify for discounts unless stated otherwise. Discounts cannot be combined. Pre Order pricing only applies to items that are still in production. If there are ever any questions about what can and cannot be discounted please feel free to contact a sales rep for more information.
CAN I UPGRADE AT ANY TIME?
Yes. You can always upgrade tiers at any time. 
IS THE PROGRAM REFUNDABLE?
No. We do not offer refunds on supporter programs once any of the perks have been used or taken advantage of. 

Store credit policy

HOW IS STORE CREDIT FOR PRODUCTS DETERMINED?
Most of the products that we buy and sell online or in store come from TCGPlayer.Com pricing. We monitor Direct Low, Market and Low pricing on cards and sealed products so that we can offer the best price possible. In the event that we cannot acquire pricing from TCGPlayer.Com we do use other marketplace platforms that include, but are not limited to, eBay, Amazon, Facebook and many other platforms. We do give a % off based on condition. 
CAN MY STORE CREDIT BE REDEEMED FOR CASH?
No. Due to the increased % of store credit given we do not have a way to convert store credit to cash.

Orders and Returns

DO WE ACCEPT RETURNS?
We do not accept returns on any open or used products. We do not offer returns on any services. All returns must be unopened, in the original packaging and there must be a receipt for it. Refunds are only given using the original purchase method. There are some instances where we do offer a trial period on certain products or services so please make sure to talk to a Loot Box representative for full details.
